Hi there. You're seeing this little message because the number of people you entered for your meeting is more than 3 times the number of guest rooms you've requested or your meeting might be Space Only. For hotels, that means you've likely exceeded the appropriate 'space-to-rooms' ratio.
What now?
In order to increase your chances of receiving great offers, please think about the following tips when you fine-tune your meeting agenda on the next page.
Catered food and beverage: Please make sure you add all meals and breaks to the agenda so hotels can estimate your F&B revenue.
Reuse meeting space: Use your main meeting room for meals or other meetings that might be going on when it's empty. You can tell them by double-clicking on the General Session event and add comments there like "I can re-use this room if I need to".
Use other space: Can you put a small meeting in a suite or closed restaurant? Let them know that up-front by adding it in the comments of the meeting.
